These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bright My Future website and matching service (the “Service”), operated by Performance Solution (full legal name: Performance Solution Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság), a company registered in Hungary (company registration number 10-09-026331, VAT ID HU13427467), registered office 3300 Eger, Nagy-Eged utca 25, Hungary (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

Bright My Future is a free matching and referral service that connects homeowners with independent third-party solar installer partners. We are not a solar installer, lender, utility, or government program. We do not perform site assessments or installations, supply equipment, provide financing, or administer any rebate or incentive program. See our Consumer Disclosure.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for homeowners located in Canada who are at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when using the Service.

3. No guarantee of results

Any savings figures, estimated offsets, rebate amounts, environmental impact figures and similar outputs shown on the site are illustrative estimates only, are not a quote or an offer, and are not guaranteed. Actual costs, savings, financing terms, eligibility and rebate availability are determined solely by the relevant installer, lender or program and depend on your individual circumstances, which change over time. Nothing on the Service is financial, tax, legal or energy advice.

4. Third-party installers

Installer partners are independent businesses. Any quote, contract, installation, warranty or financing is solely between you and that partner. We do not control, employ, endorse or guarantee any partner or their work, pricing or representations, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with them. You are under no obligation to proceed with any partner.

5. Your authorisation

By submitting your details you confirm the information is accurate and you authorise us to share it with matched installer partner(s) and to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its content and branding are owned by or licensed to Performance Solution and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for the acts, omissions, products or services of any installer partner. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your mandatory consumer-protection rights under the laws of your province of residence are not affected.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of your province or territory of residence in Canada.
